ASEME with chief consultant Anders Eriksen solves practical business problems. ASEME is located in eastern Jutland, Denmark, near Aarhus. I operate internationally, with extensive experience across Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, and on rare occasions the United States.
I started as a business consultant in 2000 and started ASEME in 2007.
The most frequent customer statements I get is, I prefer a specialist within my area of business, which is just how times are now.
I completely understand this point of view. There is no explaining, and the unsaid and unwritten is understood, but I work with change.
You want a guide thats an expert in your own house, but if Paris, or the Moon is the destination, thats just not what you need.
You can see ASEME as your travel agency, chartering the flight, booking the right hotel, finding a local guide, scouting the best restaurants, and if its the moon, getting the rocket and spacecraft ready, setting up basecamp on the moon with your own orbiting space station.
Just to let you in on a secret, you are the specialist in your business area, and here and your colleagues are the foremost experts. I am not here to tell you how to do your job, I offer to build structure, so your job gets a whole lot easier, and your expertice grows.
Currently ASEME has an employee count of 1, but that tends to change with the tasks I am working on.
I use a network of consultants or associated employees on project contracts.
If I hire in a contractor for a less senior role, I have re-occuring meetings or coaching sessions, to ensure the effort is kept on track. Senior contractors or specialists usually only require a signed project charter to get the job done.
